Teams are the solid foundations of any company and their well being is what makes the company perform. Hence teams should have members who are highly motivated and have good coordination among themselves. Introducing some physical fitness and gym drills by hiring a personal trainer in team building events can go a long way in achieving that goal.
A team building session brings a welcome break from the routine, besides promoting unity and heightening confidence levels. Team building exercises feature prominently in corporate calendars because a non-operational team can be disastrous for them. Matters related with insecurity and hierarchy always prevail in businesses and to help employees feel relaxed and looked after, team building events become an absolute necessity.
Employees, who are bound to their desks for a greater part of the day, always feel delighted to leave their chairs and do some physical movements. This is what introduces the requirement for personal training at team building events. Personal trainers can enlighten the employees by suggesting them different fitness schedules and appropriate diet with good nutritional value. A mission to stay fit that begins at the workplace can be stretched to the gym by employees, as such events make them serious and focused on health issues.
Employees suffer from working on computers all day long, which mostly results in stress related physical ailments. Obesity too has become a serious health risk in the corporate world. A personal training event can not only teach the staff about their complications and cures but will also introduce a fun element, which will give them a respite from their mundane routine.
The uniqueness of such personal training events, which can even involve a gym session, can invigorate the lives of employees and inspire them greatly. The workers feel their worth being acknowledged and their health taken care of, and this forges a strong bond between them and the company.
A personal trainer engaged for such an event must have vast knowledge on computer related injuries. He must be conscious of the mentality of the employees as well so that he can organize an engaging session with them. In addition, he must be in a position to offer the type of advice that they can appreciate.
A united and motivated team is what employers are always after. Therefore, the matter of spending money on a team building event containing personal training and gym sessions must not be a concern for any organization as it promises to keep the employees healthy both mentally and physically.

Kelly Brook has once again teamed up with Reebok in another campaign for the sportswear giant. This time she will be keeping her clothes on though unlike the last time she modelled nude for their line of trainers in a nationwide naked billboard campaign.
The concept seems too good to be true; you exercise the same amount or simply walk around and your legs and behind get a workout that would usually take hours a day at the gym. But is this all just some marketing campaign or do they actually work? A team of scientists with expertise in exercise, sport and physiology at the University of Wisconsin conducted a study to test the claims on each of the shoes.
John Porcari PhD, who led the tests, agrees that the trainers should work in theory as they make the muscles work harder by creating instability that the body attempts to counteract. The shoes are based on a curved sole which creates an unstable surface which forces the wearer’s body to constantly struggle to find equilibrium.
The model says she enjoys swimming, walking yoga and dancing. An avid member of dance and fitness classes, she was the perfect candidate for this exercise range aimed primarily at women.
The trails were also conducted with a group aged 21 to 27 and both groups were tested with regular trainers to compare. The first results were not impressive, using the Reetone trainers did not increase caloric expenditure or heart rate and only produced aching of the muscles.
However, the team surveyed users of the shoes over a period of several months and found that the general consensus was an overall toning of the legs and bum. The team struggled to determine whether the toning was entirely due to imbalance or motivation to walk more. So far, consumers have gone crazy for the highly priced trainers and this trend is set to boom at Christmas.
Consumers can get their hand on the easytone trainers in stores and online and there is rumour of a extended Reebok easytone due next year.
There are millions of training regimes and diets to get fit and firm yourself up, most of which involve changing your lifestyle, joining a gym or taking time out of your day to engage in some form of activity.
They seem too good to be true; you can exercise the same amount or simply walk around and your legs and behind get a workout that would usually take hours a day at the gym. But do they actually work or is this all just some marketing campaign? A team of scientists with backgrounds in exercise, sport and physiology at the University of Wisconsin conducted a study to test the claims on each of the shoes.
The sports giant claim the shoe creates a smaller, more unstable surface area which is significant enough to activate muscles without impacting the way you move or even making you aware. Supposedly your leg and bum muscles will naturally fight to find a balance point and will therefore work your legs and buttocks significantly more than usual.
The model turned actress enjoys swimming, yoga and dancing but focuses on her dance and fitness classes, which made her the perfect candidate for this exercise product aimed primarily at women.
She has recently become somewhat of a movie star and is currently starring in the film Piranha 3D. Although she only studied at drama school for three years when she was younger, she said this started her love of dancing, which she still does to keep in shape.
So if you’re off doing the weekly shop or just walking around the workplace, your legs will be in constant workout. The company commissioned a study to determine how effective the trainers were and the results noted at least an 11% increase in muscle activity in the calves and gluteus during simple activities. However none of the subjects notices a difference in aching or physical exertion.
Consumers have so far gone mad for the Reebok easytone range and there is rumour of further, more casual models to be added to the popular easytone trainers
